研究方向

血细胞发育和癌症的转录调控

主要利用基因组学技术(ChIP-seq、RNA-seq、Pro-seq、PA-seq和CLIP-seq)、CRISPR-Cas9技术、RNAi技术和蛋白质组学技术来阐明转录调控因子PAF1 complex(Yu et al., Science, 2015)、Super Elongation Complex、MLL1、GATA1(Yu et al., Molecular Cell, 2009)和RUNX1(Yu et al., Molecular Cell, 2012; Yu et al., PNAS, 2008)在生理条件下如何调控血细胞的发育,而与它们相关的转录失调如何诱发癌症。
